'Dear sir'

Kindly refer to bill no. 4569, dated 12 March 2022. Vide which a mobile hand set lumia 5 of nokia company was purchased from your shop. However within two months of purchase. The phone has developed a number of problems. The hand set is not getting charged and is operational only when it is plugged. We even got the battery checked but there seems to be no problem with the battery. To add to our was, within a week. The screen light got diffused too. Since the product is still under guarantee period. I am enclosing the photocopy of the bill and sending the phone. To be replaced or repaired at the earliest.

 Heritage Awarness Programme

Heritage awarness program was organized by the history club of ASN Public School. Janakpuri Delhi on 10 May 2022 from 10am to 2pm in the school auditorium. The school was well decorated with posters of various historically important monuments. Mr Deep Dayal, Dean of history department of Jnu was the chief guest. Around 2022 students and parents attended the programme.The programme began by lighting of the ceremonial lamp by the chief guest. After that a skit was presented by the students of class X| showing the importance of our heritage and mounments. The history club presented an engrossing decomentary giving a brief detail of 100 monuments from different parts of India. A in the end. The chief guest gave a very motivating speech about the ride of youth in preseving our national heritage. The principal presented vale of thanks after which light refreshment was served.

'Dear Sir'

Kindly refer to letter on 345/Jaypee/ Furnishings dated 15 February 2023 vide which an order for bed linen. Curtains and upholstery was placed with you. We are in receipt of the acknowledgement form your side. As per the order the goods were to be delivered by 25th February but we have not received any consignment form your side till date and there is no correspondence to that effect either's. This has put is in a very difficult situation and we are not in favors of the business ethics displayed.

In view of the above we are constrained to cancel the order and will not entertain any further correspondences in this regard. Moreover the consignment if it reaches us. Will not be accepted.
